They are having 50% off majority of the store today, lots of sizes available. Store is clean and organized as it should be. Was greeted and was offered help, which is a plus!
I went shopping for my daughter and Alexis was awesome. Every time I needed assistance she was very pleasant and willing to help. Never felt like I was inconveniencing her. Just can’t find this type of service anywhere. Thank you Alexis just for being you.

Two women Staff do not know how to return items with my full receipts. They won’t let it go back to my card. At first they tried to discount the items and I paid higher for them. They didn’t ask me for ID until later. Other navy stores knew how to do this easily but these two women. Tall big brunette with eyeglasses. She didn’t do her job well. Stood there for more than 30 mins waiting and waiting. Don’t recommend shopping here or to return items. Untrained staff and poor quality managers
Even at outlet store and on clearance they want $35. For a pair of jeans!! They're not even considered to be a cool "name brand"! No thanks 😮💨 clean store though and friendly cashier's that's a start for each. …
The reason for gave a 4 instead of 5 is due to space. I often shop with my toddler and infant so I always have a standard stroller. I run into EVERYTHING when walking through. There is a lot packed in there which is also a plus. I can manage to find great deals in every section whenever I go there. Prices are decent and so is the selection.
This is a beautiful place to shop. Reasonable prices. Old Navy has some really cool stuff for everyone, with lovely bright colors for the young and also the young at heart. They also have excellent customer service which is a plus.
